Superfluid – Real-Time Finance Ecosystem Growth

Led the global growth activation for Superfluid, positioning the protocol as the infrastructure layer for real-time programmable money. Designed and executed a developer hackathon series at ETHGlobal and other major events, launched grant and partnership programmes, and supported the rollout of streaming finance use cases such as subscription flows, on-chain payroll and DAOs. The initiative resulted in a rapid increase in developer integrations, higher protocol visibility and meaningful ecosystem expansion.
