Developed and led the “Spend Gold Like Money” campaign for Kinesis Money, a gold-backed digital currency platform preparing to launch its physical debit card for microtransactions of vaulted, fully audited gold bullion. The campaign explored the idea of everyday gold spending, testing whether Londoners would accept gold instead of fiat for simple purchases like coffee and groceries.
The activation was designed to build awareness and provoke curiosity ahead of the card launch, showing that gold could move beyond storage and investment to function as a practical, spendable currency. It highlighted Kinesis’ mission to merge the stability of precious metals with modern payments, using real-world reactions to drive conversation around tangible value in a digital economy.
The campaign achieved strong organic reach, media coverage, and brand engagement, reinforcing Kinesis as a credible and forward-thinking alternative to traditional monetary systems.
